We are busy every day with activities for others. We never or hardly have that moment to look deeper inside our needs. As we struggle, we lost our happiness seeking to give our best to others, not ourselves.


Many individuals have encountered hardship in life and yet not able to find real solutions for their challenges. With a fast pace world, there is even more stress from the current situation. Their stress level is growing each day. As a result, the divorce rate has increased over the years. There is an urgency to discover a real understanding of the purpose of happiness and develop healthy, wealthy, and rewarding relationships.



Here the 10 simple strategies to developing health, wealth, and rewarding relationships start from you first.

Developing Daily Habits of Happiness

Enjoying healthy activities, you resembling as daily habits consistently will bring happiness and naturally develop optimistic thoughts as you are familiar with every engagement you anticipate with no doubts or fear into your journey to happiness.


Put up a daily routine calendar with decorations and pin on a wall that is feasible to your eye level. Read before your sleep and once awake to start your day. As you practice and familiar with your routines in your head, we have created the habits to do all activities.


Do not rush

Instead of spending time texting or emailing you can pick the phone call the person or walk to the person directly to convey the messages. Choose the easy and faster way with real contacts facing and eye to eye contacts showing the sincerity of the relationship.


Healthy eating

Enjoy the right portion of food at the right time, with a relaxing mind and body. There is no one road, there is no one way to eat correctly. Every individual body is different and deciding what and how much your body needs. Most importantly we are not rushing to fulfill and satisfy your mental and tummy but nourishing your body with healthy food you enjoy and body needs.



Identify true friendship

True friendship requires both giving and receiving. Someone shares a deep understanding with you with forgiveness and unconditional love. It is important to have friends and at least 2. They can share thoughts and familiar with who you are and able to give you truthful advice.


Smiling expression

Research done by the late Robert Zajonc shows that facial expressions are a biological reaction that alters our blood as well as the temperature in our brain. Making that smile, even if we do not really have a reason to smile or even don’t want to smile, will create a biological reaction in our body. It is a powerful tool we now have at our disposal.


Connect with nature

Having a connection with nature is beneficial for the well-being of both humans and the natural world. Spending time in nature helps people feel happier and more connected and being both happy and connected makes people feel healthier.


Gratitude

Gratitude is a powerful human emotion. By conveying and receiving simple ‘thank you’ messages, we can truly derive the pleasure that we seek everywhere else.

Expressing gratitude not only to others but also to ourselves, induces positive emotions, primarily happiness. By producing feelings of pleasure and contentment, gratitude impacts our overall health and well-being as well.


Exercise regularly

"When you exercise, it increases endorphins, dopamine, adrenaline, and endocannabinoid -- these are all brain chemicals associated with feeling happy, feeling confident, feeling capable, feeling less anxiety and stress and even less physical pain," McGonigal says


Reducing sitting time is important, too. The more hours you sit each day, the higher your risk of metabolic problems. Sitting too much can negatively impact your health and longevity, even if you get the recommended amount of daily physical activity.


Mindfulness

Staying in the present helps us live life more fully. Rather than worrying about the future or ruminating about the past, we should enjoy every moment.


Being mindful can deal with reality. You are not distracted by what you are afraid the moment could become or by what you want the moment to be. You realize that you may not be able to control the moment, but you can control your reaction to it.


Retirement

Study after study has shown that a strong social connection and a good amount of physical activity are crucial for maintaining health as you age.


Write down the things that seem to strike you as enjoyable and worth pursuing. This is a work in progress, so keep adding to your list as ideas occur to you.


It is important to keep this in mind because a lack of initial success can lead you to quit. It is possible to fulfill your list if you stick to it, and you’ll be happier and have a more satisfying life for having done so.
